  • Human Resources Manager

Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, and service, seeks applications for a Human Resources Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), supplemented with labor-related courses and a minimum of 5 years Spanish labor law experience with a law firm, in the educational sector or in an HR department.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to management and processing of labor-related activity, administrative formalities, payroll, benefits, labor risk prevention and professional development. Applicants should be bilingual or have an excellent command of both Spanish and English, knowledge of accounting principles and Spanish labor law, solid computer skills familiar with employee portals and payroll applications, communication and organizational skills and an ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. Authorization for work in Spain is necessary.
