  • Admissions Assistant

The Madrid (Spain) Campus of Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, dedicated to student learning, research, service and healthcare, is seeking applicants for entry-level Admissions Assistant position in the Office of Admissions at the Madrid Campus.

The position requires demonstrated experience in an office setting, preferably in international education or admissions. The Admissions Assistant will process admission applications; maintain database information; assist with admission inquiries; supervise student staff; help with marketing activities; and provide support for other admission activities as needed.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree supplemented with one year related working experience; experience studying or working at a U.S. university. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Must be detail-oriented and willing to be part of a team. The ability to work independently is essential. Applicants must have a valid work permit in Spain.
