Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, and service, seeks applications for a part-time instructor of the History of the United States Since 1865. Teaching dates are September 4-December 20, 2019.

Requirements include a Master's or higher degree in History, evidence of teaching excellence, fluency in English (the language of instruction), and legal permission to work in Spain. Ideally the candidate should also be familiar with the US system of higher education.

  • Part time position in Mathematics

Department of Mathematics & Computer Science

Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service, invites applications for a part-time instructor of Statistics to teach Foundation of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at its Madrid, Spain campus. Teaching dates are May 20-June 20, 2019, and the class hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays either from 9:00 to 11:40, from 15:00 to 17:10, or from 17.30 to 19:40.

The course covers descriptive statistics, probability distributions, random variables, expectation, independence, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, regression and ANOVA.

Requirements include a Ph.D. in Statistics or Mathematics, evidence of teaching excellence, fluency in English (the language of instruction), and legal permission to work in Spain.

    The Madrid (Spain) Campus of Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, dedicated to student learning, research, service and healthcare, is seeking applicants for a part-time position in the Division of Science and Engineering at the Madrid campus to begin in September 2019. Interested applicants should have a valid work permit in Spain.
    The successful candidate will hold a Master or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, along with evidence of research and teaching excellence. The position requires demonstrated experience in teaching university courses at undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in teaching materials science courses.
