The Madrid (Spain) Campus of Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, dedicated to student learning, research, service and healthcare, is seeking applicants for a part-time position in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at the Madrid campus to begin in September 2017.

We are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge of and professional experience in graphic design and related fields, as well as experience in teaching university courses at undergraduate level. Fluent command of spoken and written English is essential.

  • Full-time position in the department of Psychology

Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution, dedicated to education, research and healthcare, is seeking applicants for a full-time position in the department of Psychology at the Madrid campus to begin September 2017. Ph.D. is expected at the time of appointment.

The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Psychology, along with evidence of research and teaching excellence. Desired areas of specialization include cognitive neuroscience, research methods, and statistics. Both clinical experience and experience teaching in an international setting are also desired. The new faculty member will teach required undergraduate courses in psychology, such as General Psychology, Research Methods and Statistics, as well as courses in cognitive neuroscience and his/her area of specialization, as part of a six-per-year course load. The new faculty member will play a key role in the development of the Bilingual Track within the undergraduate Psychology Major, and eventually may incorporate courses in his/her specialty area to be taught in Spanish. In addition, the language of instruction at Saint Louis University Madrid is English. Thus, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required in both English and Spanish. The program offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, as well as a minor.
